SHIPPING WITHIN CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

Our shipping days are Mondays and Tuesdays to guarantee that our products are in transit from Monday to Friday, since UPS does not work during the weekend. In some rare cases, we will ship on Wednesday if the delivery address is close enough to us geographically that it will be delivered on Thursday or Friday; shipping on Wednesday is not guaranteed and should not be expected. If your order does not contain perishables, we will do everything we can to ship it as soon as possible.

We do not ship on the weekends because UPS only works Monday-Friday. If you place an order after 3pm (Eastern) on Monday, your order will be shipped the following day. If you place an order any day from Tuesday after 3pm (Eastern) to Sunday and it contains perishables, your order will be shipped the following Monday.

The shipping rate selected at checkout indicates the delivery time from the date of shipment, not from the date of purchase.

LOCAL DELIVERIES IN WASHINGTON, DC, MARYLAND, AND NORTHERN VIRGINIA

We offer delivery services in certain cities in the Washington, DC metropolitan region. Deliveries are conducted from Monday through Friday by our delivery personnel. Unless otherwise specified during checkout, orders placed by midnight will be delivered the following day, with the exception of orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, which will be delivered on Monday.

You will receive a text message the morning of your scheduled delivery date with tracking information for your order, which includes a time frame for when your order will be delivered. Please make sure you are home to put away perishables, as we will not be held responsible for any damaged items after our delivery is completed. If you will not be home, please leave a cooler outside your front door with ample ice or gel packs. 

Although it is optional, we encourage you to add gratuity for our delivery personnel.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Clicking on your tracking number should take you to your item's tracking page. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, then simply contact us at info@antojitosdetupais.com
