The hallaca is the main Venezuelan Christmas dinner dish. This dish is mostly limited to Christmas-time celebrations, and is accompanied by pan de jamon (ham bread) and ensalada de gallina (chicken salad). 

We offer our hallacas in the traditional filling with chicken, beef and pork, and also in only chicken, or vegetarian. 

There is no Venezuelan Christmas without hallacas!
